Is there a fee for position confirmation/talent recommendations?
There is no fee for position confirmation.
All fees are incurred from the headhunting commission when the recommended candidate is officially hired. Hidden Scout excludes a platform usage fee of 10% (1.5% if the commission is 15%) from the headhunting commission and deposits it to the search firm upon confirmation of the recruitment.
*For PM positions, the above commission regulations apply after a 2% deduction from the total commission. -
Are the positions registered by the companies?
All positions and commission rates listed on Hidden Scout are registered by companies.
Hidden Scout only adds supplementary information, along with the details provided by the companies. -
How is the commission payment received?
The commission process involves the company making the initial deposit to Hidden Scout.
Subsequently, Hidden Scout deducts the platform usage fee of 10% (1.5% if the commission is 15%) and deposits the remaining 90% of the total commission to the search firm.
Additionally, the commission is not directly deposited to individual headhunters.
instead, it is transferred to the search firm to which the headhunter belongs. Hidden Scout does not intervene in the internal distribution of commissions within the search firm. -
Can I directly contact the company?
The company's contact information becomes accessible when the recommended candidate passes the document screening.
Please use the disclosed contact information to inquire about the candidate's interview schedule and the outcome of the process.
*Document screening is conducted directly by the company, and the results are typically available within 14 days of the application deadline.
*For PM positions, the disclosure of the company's contact information may be restricted. -
What is the overall usage process?
Below is a brief summary of the process.
1. Sign-up and Login
2. Obtain pre-approval and confirm positions on 'Hidden Positions.'
3. Register your resume through the 'Resume Registration' button. [The 'Participate in Position' button on the 'Position Management' page is for registering positions.]
4. On the 'Position Management' page, check the registered resume and wait for the results of the document screening.
5. When the recommended candidate passes the document screening, check the contact information of the company's HR team.[Wait for guidance from the company regarding the interview schedule.]
6. Coordinate and conduct interviews directly with the company, then wait for the final results.
7. When the recommended candidate is finally accepted, click the 'Confirmation of Employment' button on the 'Position Management' page.[Note: This notifies Hidden Scout, not the company.]
8. Follow the instructions from Hidden Scout regarding the payment method and progress of the commission.

Is permission from the search firm required for using Hidden Scout?
Hidden Scout deposits the headhunting commission to the search firm, necessitating essential coordination with the search firm.
Hidden Scout does not intervene in any issues between the search firm and the headhunter.
